The Barry Building was constructed in 1997 by its owner, Christopher Barry. This 14,000 square foot building offers single office rentals to professionals in the Charlottesville area. This elevator-served building has plenty of lighted parking, professionally monitored surveillance cameras 24/7, and is conveniently located off of Berkmar Drive near Lowe’s Home Center. Single offices are available now, and when you rent an office, it includes all utilities, internet, use of conference rooms and weekly janitorial service. Rents start at $300/month. His integrity as a human being is spot on and a relationship you can trust in any fashion. I only recently moved into the building in 2017, as I was scaling down my business. They were there for me, did everything to make the move and the new smaller space as stress Free as possible, to have a property owner that is approachable and so easy to work with is very hard to spot and find these days, you would do yourself a great justice if you are looking for an office space. This is a solid choice. I have met most of the people in the building and they are all kind and acquainted, great camaraderie. This building has everything from lawyers, financial advisors, skin care, physical therapy, Acupuncture and me, my Salon. It’s a great experience every day, I know as a business owner and tenant, I have a great support Team behind me, the location is absolutely perfect being right behind Rio Hill center, Makes it a great pitstop for all things needed. You can’t go wrong !!!

The Support people are reliable and friendly.
